Abstract

|
The authors isolated and identified St. faecalis BIO-SMR by means of morphological, biochemical confirmatory tests, and carried out the tests on resistantd patterns to antibiotics.
1. The strains of St. faecalis BIO-SMR and St. faecalis-Y were identified with the same morphological and biochemical characteristicse
2. St. faecalis-Y was found to be few resistant to lower concentration (unit) of antibiotics, in respect the higher concentration (unit), high sensitivity.
3. It showed that St. faecalis BIO-SMR has high resistance than that of St. faecalis-Y tested various antibiotics, streptomycine showed high resistance on St. faecals BIO-SMR.
